      • Liberty third-party covers the injury as well as death caused to the third-party passenger in an accident.
      • Liberty third-party car insurance provides personal accident cover to the policyholder

      The amount for compensation for the permanent disability caused to the third-party whether partial or full is decided by the court of law.

      What Is Not Covered under Liberty Third-Party car insurance?

      The exclusions of the Liberty third-party car insurance are as follows:

      • Liberty third-party car insurance does not provide cover for the damages caused to the insured car in an accident.
      • Liberty third-party car insurance does not provide cover for the damage or loss caused to the third-party if the insured car’s driver is found driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
      • Liberty third-party car insurance does not provide cover to the policyholder if found driving without a valid license.
      • If the policyholder does not opt for the optional co-passenger cover then no cover will be provided for the injury, disability or death of the co-passenger.
