United India third-party car insurance covers the policyholder for the third-party liabilities caused by the insured vehicle. The United India third-party covers bodily injury, death, property loss, car damage, etc. caused by the insured’s vehicle to the third-party. Along with these kinds of covers, you get to keep a peace of mind because you won’t have to pay for the third-party loss or damage out of pocket.
United India Third-party insurance provides cover for the following:
- It provides cover for the bodily Injury or death of the third-party caused by the insured vehicle.
- United India third-party car insurance policy provides personal accident cover for owner/driver.
- Permanent disability is covered under third-party insurance policy.
- Property damage of the third-party cover up to Rs. 1 lakh is provided by the insurer.
The compensation for physical injury, permanent disability, death caused to the third party due to the accident by the insured car is partially/fully compensated. However, the compensation amount is decided by the court of law.
What Is Not Covered under United India Third-party car insurance?
The exclusions of the United India third-party car insurance are as follows:
- The United India third-party car insurance does not provide cover for own damages. However, it will provide cover for the things covered under the personal accident cover of Rs. 15 lakh.
- If the United India third-party car insurance policyholder is found driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs then no coverage will be provided by the insurer.
- If the United India third-party car insurance policyholder found driving without a valid license then no cover will be provided by the insurer.
