        Under a cashless claim settlement offered by the insurer, you are not required to pay the claim amount from your pocket. This type of claim is cashless and settled by the insurer only. All you need to do is get your car repaired in one of the network garages of the insurer to get cashless repairs. Any repair done outside of the authorised garage will not come under Chola MS cashless claim settlement.

      2. Reimbursement Claim Settlement

        Reimbursement claims settlement comes into the picture when you get your car repaired in a garage other than the network garage of the insurer. In such cases, you are required to pay the repair amount to the non-network garage, which gets reimbursed by the insurer after verifying the repair bills.

      How to File Chola MS Car Insurance Claim?

      A Chola MS car insurance claim can be raised by following these steps:

      Accidental Claims

      • Chola MS Claim Intimation: Call the insurer on their toll-free number or file your claim from their website.
      • Damage Assessment: A surveyor will be sent to the accident spot to inspect the damages sustained by your four-wheeler.
      • Documents Verification: Submit the mandatory claim documents for verification.
      • Claim Settlement: Send the car to the network garage for repair. Once the repairs are complete, the insurer will settle the claim. In case of reimbursement claims, the claim amount will be paid to you after the repairs.

      Third-Party Claims

      • If your four-wheeler has caused damages to a third party property or third person, the first thing to do would be to file a Police FIR for the same. After the FIR, inform the insurance company about the accident.
      • The insurer will forward the case to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Court for the final verdict.
      • The court will now decide the amount of compensation paid to the third party. The insurer, after the verdict, will settle your claim with the third party.
      • The third-party claim process will be the same if your car has sustained damages or you have sustained injuries in a third-party accident.
