    Documents Required for Bajaj Car Insurance Claim

    1. Cashless Claims

      Under a cashless claim process, the insured car is repaired in a network garage of the insurer. Once the car is repaired, the insurer will directly settle the claim, and you will not be required to pay anything from your pocket.

    2. Reimbursement Claims

      If in case a policyholder cannot get his/her car repaired in a network garage, then they can file a reimbursement claim. Under this claim process, the insured car is repaired in a non-network garage, and the policyholder is required to pay for repairs from his/her pocket. This repair amount is reimbursed later on by the insurer, and the claim is settled.

    How to File a Bajaj Car Insurance Claim?

    Here is how you can file a claim under Bajaj four-wheeler insurance:

    1. Accidental Claim:

      • Bajaj Claim Intimation: Register your claim under car insurance by intimating the insurer about the damages.
      • Send Vehicle for Repairs: After claim registration, send your car or have it towed to the nearest cashless garage for repairs.
      • Document Submission: Based on the type of car insurance claim, submit the required documents to the insurer.
      • Claim Settlement: Once the car is repaired in a network garage, the insurer will deliver the car to your doorstep and settle the claim with the garage directly.
    2. Third-Party Claim

      • As soon as your car meets with a third-party accident, inform the insurer about the accident. Also, file an FIR at the nearest police station.
      • Now file a third party claim under the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
      • According to the tribunal's rulings, the injured third party will be given compensation and the claim will be settled.
