Form 11A is issued to eligible driver training centres in India to certify their accreditation under the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989. Accredited driving schools issue a training completion certificate to their students in Form 5B. Such students are not required to appear for a separate driving test to obtain a driving licence. Driving schools can obtain this accreditation by submitting Form 12A, supporting documents, and paying a fee of ₹50,000. If the authority determines that the school is eligible, it will issue the accreditation in Form 11A, which remains valid for 5 years and must be renewed at least 60 days before it expires.

Under the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, Form 11A is an accreditation given to eligible driving schools in India.
Form 11A is granted to driving centres that provide high-quality training with adequate infrastructure. Students who have a completion certificate (Form 5B) issued by an accredited institute may be exempted from appearing for a driving test to get a DL.
