What is the Validity of Form 3?

How to Download Form 3 Online?
You can save and download the Form 3 online using the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Go to parivahan.gov.in and tap on the option 'Driving Licence Related Services' under the 'Online Services' menu in the navigation bar.
Step 2: Scroll down and select your state from the drop-down list.
Step 3: Tap on the 'Print Learner Licence (Form 3)' option given under the 'Learner Licence' tab.
Step 4: On the next page, click on 'Proceed' and enter your LL application number, date of birth, and captcha code in the required fields.
Step 5: Click the 'Submit' button and download the Form 3 PDF or print a physical copy to keep with you while driving.
