Common Reasons for Rejection of Form 43

At times, a diplomatic vehicle may not receive Form 43. This can occur due to any of the reasons listed below:

      • Incomplete Application Form: If the original application form (Form 42) is lacking some details, the certificate could be withheld. Every detail needs to be provided.
      • No Supporting Documents: Not attaching the necessary documents may hinder or delay issuance of the registration certificate. To obtain Form 43, all the required supporting documents must be attached.
      • Mistakes in the Document: Errors in the vehicle details provided on the application form could lead to the rejection of the vehicle registration certificate. All vehicle details and specifications mentioned on the form should align with the vehicle's official documents.
      • Unverified Credentials: If the applicant's diplomatic status cannot be verified, the certificate of registration will not be issued by the RTO.
      • Failure to Adhere to Regulations: If the vehicle does not pass the inspection or features any unlawful modifications, the RTO will refuse to issue the registration certificate due to non-compliance.
