Form 27 is an application form used by vehicle owners to request the RTO to assign a new registration mark for the vehicle in the new state. The owner needs to submit Form 27 together with the required documents, such as the Registration Certificate (RC), a valid car insurance policy, a pollution certificate (PUCC), and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the previous RTO.

Step 1: Open the parivahan.gov.in website.
Step 2: Under the 'Informational Services' tab, click on 'Downloadable Forms'.
Step 3: Find and click on the 'Form 27' link to download the form.
Filling Form 27 is easy and quick with the steps listed below:
Step 1: Write the name of the registering authority (RTO) to which you are making the application for the new registration number.
Step 2: Fill out your name and the name of your parent/spouse.
Step 3: Enter the registration number that was issued in the previous state.
Step 4: Enter vehicle details, such as chassis number, engine number, vehicle type, etc.

If the vehicle is under loan, lease, or hypothecation and the NOC of the financier is not provided.
