It is necessary to get your vehicle permanently registered in Andhra Pradesh RTO. You will need the following documents for the same:
Sales certificate in Form 21.
Roadworthiness certificate in Form 22 from the manufacturers ( Form 22A from the Body builder).
Valid Insurence Certificate.
Proof of residence
Original Sales Certificate from the concerned Authorities in Form 21 in the case of Ex-Army Vehicle.
Pollution under control Certificate.
Customs Clearance Certificate
Appropriate Fee as specified in Rule 81 of CMV Rules.

As per the rules, a motor vehicle is registered for a maximum of 15 years after which it has to be renewed.
