Documents Required for Permanent Registration in Karnataka RTO

The temporary registration number given by the RTO is only valid for a maximum period of one month. Thus, in order to complete the mandatory registration of the vehicle, you must get a permanent registration certificate from the concerned RTO. Here are the documents you will need for the same:

There can be certain scenarios when a vehicle’s ownership can be transferred. These can be the death of the owner, the sale of the vehicle or sale in a public auction. Following are the documents you will need to transfer the ownership of the vehicle under any of the above-mentioned scenarios:
