The validity of a temporary RC is one month after which a vehicle owner is required to register his/her vehicle permanently. Thus, to obtain a permanent registration certificate, you will need the following documents:

Attested copy of address proof
Form 34 duly signed by the owner and financer
Prescribed registration fee
One-time road tax

The process to get a permanent registration certificate in Jharkhand is as follows:
Approach the RTO office of the vehicle
Fill out the application Form 20, 21, 22 and submit it to the concerned authority
Make sure to submit all the required documents to the RTO
Confirm the type of registration number (choice/fancy or general number)
