      Driving Without Insurance Fine in Jammu and Kashmir

      The Motor Laws of India makes it compulsory for every vehicle owner in Jammu and Kashmir to have a valid motor insurance policy while driving in J&K. If caught by the traffic police without an insurance policy, it will lead to heavy fines along with imprisonment.
