How to Get a Permanent Registration Certificate in Manipur?

Apply for a permanent registration certificate to the concerned registration authority within seven days of taking the delivery of such vehicle:

Fill up and submit Form 20 to the nearest RTO within 7 days of taking vehicle delivery

Submit other documents required by the authority

If the vehicle was hypothecated, refer to the process of hypothecation endorsement

Submit taxes and prescribed fees to the authority.
