A temporary RC is only valid for 1 month within which your vehicle has to be registered permanently. To register your vehicle permanently with MP RTO, you will be required to have the following documents:
Application in Form 20
Sales certificate in Form 21
Roadworthiness certificate in Form 22
Address proof
Valid insurance certificate
Tax as per MPMV Taxation Act
Temporary Registration certificate
Appropriate fees as per CMV Rules

To obtain a permanent registration certificate in Madhya Pradesh, you must follow these steps:
Submit Form 20 (application for permanent registration) to the concerned RTO
Submit other required documents and forms
Pay the required fees and taxes as per the CMV rules
As soon as all the documents are submitted, the permanent registration of the vehicle will be initiated.
