How to Renew Registration Certificate in Kerala RTO?

The validity of a vehicle’s permanent registration certificate is 15 years after which a vehicle owner is required to renew it. Thus, one must renew his/her RC 60 days before the expiry of permanent registration. Follow the process to renew RC in Kerala RTO:
