      Driving without a valid insurance policy in Kerala is a traffic rule violation.       Without Insurance Fine for Four-Wheeler

      First-time offence will attract a fine of Rs. 2000 and/or prison sentence of up to 3 months.

      Second-time offence will attract a fine of Rs. 4000 and/or a prison sentence of up to 3 months.
