      To obtain a permanent certificate in Rajasthan, a vehicle owner must follow the steps mentioned below:

      Approach the nearest Rajasthan RTO office

      Fill out and submit Form 20 to the concerned authority

      As per the motor rules, a vehicle's ownership can be transferred due to sale, death of the owner or in a public auction. Here are the documents required for the same:
